01What is Trusted Technician Academy?

Trusted Technician Academy is the technician-development brand of Liberatus Coaching. It helps plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other in-home service professionals build confidence, communication, professionalism, ethical influence, and a repeatable service-call process.

02Is this sales training?

Not in the usual script-and-close sense. TTA develops the whole technician: identity, preparation, listening, diagnosis, communication, workmanship, education, and follow-through. Ethical production is an outcome of better service—not pressure or manipulation.

03What is the TRUSTED Process?

TRUSTED is the seven-stage service framework: Tune Up, Relate, Understand, Share, Turn the Wrench, Educate, and Depart. It gives technicians a dependable structure from preparation through closeout.

04How are individual programs delivered?

TTA Core and Advanced run for 12 weeks with weekly 90-minute private virtual sessions. TTA Premier runs for 16 weeks and adds daily field debriefs, expanded recorded-call review, and Intentional Influence Training.

05How are group programs delivered?

TTA Onsite is two consecutive onsite days. Onsite Plus adds a third day for KPI behavior mapping and technician-dispatch alignment. Onsite Premier adds six monthly 60-minute virtual group-coaching sessions.

06How many people may attend an onsite?

Each standard onsite package includes one cohort of up to 15 participants. Larger groups require a second cohort or a custom scope.

07Are travel expenses included?

No. Airfare, hotel, and local transportation are quoted separately. Standard continental-U.S. shipping to one company address is included.

08Does TTA guarantee financial results?

No. TTA provides instruction, coaching, application, feedback, and accountability. Results depend on participation, operating conditions, and implementation. Revenue, gross profit, conversion, compensation, and customer outcomes are not guaranteed.

09How does the breakeven calculator work?

There are two views. The technician calculator translates a personal investment into the total, monthly, and weekly production required by either a top-line-revenue commission plan or a job-gross-profit commission plan, then compares the monthly requirement with the technician’s current sales average. The organization calculator adds the quoted investment, estimated gross profit not produced during the training days needed, and other costs, then calculates the additional team revenue required to recover that investment across the selected 3-, 6-, 9-, or 12-month period.

10Can an individual technician enroll?

Yes. Technicians may enroll directly or participate through their company. A fit conversation determines which program, if any, responsibly matches the current need.
