Built in the trades. Refined through leadership.

Dominic grew up around the trades. Plumbing was not something he discovered later—it was part of his world from the beginning. He developed through hands-on roles in plumbing and HVAC, then stepped into field supervision, HVAC service management, and operational leadership.

Across those roles, one pattern kept appearing: companies taught technicians how to turn the wrench, then measured the customer outcome without developing the human being responsible for it. Trusted Technician Academy was built to close that gap.

  • Lived field experience—not borrowed language
  • Identity and standards before scripts
  • Ethical influence without manipulation
  • Service, customer, and company interests held together

Experience that was earned

Field credibility. Operational responsibility. Human development.

TTA connects what happens inside the technician with what the customer experiences and what the company can reinforce.

A coaching philosophy grounded in identity

Not performance theater.

Most service problems are not script problems first. They are identity, pressure, awareness, and consistency problems. People serve from what is happening inside them whether they realize it or not.

The goal is not polished language. The goal is real alignment— where the way a technician serves matches what they actually value.
